Body & Soul Central is a yoga studio for women only.
All of its staff of female instructors are certified, insured and very experienced.
At our studio we try to keep your yoga experience as intimate and personalized as possible; our instructors go out of their way so that our group classes will feel to you like a private session.

At present we keep all of our classes at an open level: open to all levels of fitness and exposure to yoga; so each and every one of our classes will be perfect for just anyone.
What is yoga?
Yoga is union: The joining of body, mind and soul for a well balanced being!
The practice of yoga began in India over 5,000 years ago.

During the years, yoga has gone through much evolution; that lead to the formation of the different styles of practice.

Many of the twists and bends practiced in yoga imitate animals and objects from our world of nature.
